Esperance Attractions
Esperance, part of Western Australia's Great Southern, is also known locally as the Bay of Isles, as it over looks over 100 islands. Some of the most pristine beaches in Australia are here in Esperance Western Australia and you will find that you can have a beach almost entirely to yourself.
Great Ocean Drive Esperance
Esperance town centre lies at the start of this picturesque 38km (25 mile) coastal drive overlooking the Southern Ocean. 10Km of cycle paths run adjacent to the main road, passing four pristine Esperance beaches popular for swimming, fishing, snorkeling, surfing, kite surfing and windsurfing.
Cape Le Grand Esperance
Cape Le Grand is famous for its stunning white 'squeaky' clean beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters. Dolphins, seals, sea lions and whales are often spotted by divers, and Kangaroos sunbathe the beaches. Frenchman’s Peak (300km) provides a great view over the Bay of Isles, Esperance beaches and Cape Le Grand National Park.
Bay of Isles Cruise
Dolphins, sea eagles, and seals often make an appearance during Mackenzie's Island Cruises trips to Woody Island; a fantastic get-way for swimming, snorkeling, diving, fishing, bush walking and overnight camping.
